AS PER THE CCRWC BYLAWS Article XIII, Section 1, this is to serve as Official Notice to all VOTING Members that the CCRWC Nominating Committee Chairman will present the 2026-27 Slate of Officers and place into nomination:

The following Slate:

President:  Pamela Akin
President Elect:  Donna Watson
Vice President:  Sara Holmes
Recording Secretary:  Kate Sullivan
Corresponding Secretary: Melissa Krudwig
Treasurer:  Kimberly Wakefield
Assistant Treasurer: Kay Morgan 
 Said SLATE shall be presented on:

Friday, November 7, 2025
TIME: 12:00 p.m. (Twelve o’clock noon)
PLACE: Hilton Marietta Conference Center
500 Powder Springs Street
Marietta, GA  30064

Nominations from the floor shall be allowed after presentation of the Slate; provided said nominee from “the floor” has executed a Written Consent Form agreeing to perform all duties if elected. This is pursuant to our Bylaws.  Completed Written Consent Form to be email to:  ccrwcnomcom@gmail.com

Additionally, all proposed nominees from “the floor” must have satisfied all requirements for elected officer position, including being a Cobb resident and being a member in good standing as stated in the CCRWC Bylaws Article VIII, Section 4

 The election of CCRWC 2026-27 Officers will be held, Friday, November 7, 2025, at the same time and location as the Slate presentation.

This Notice is being served “electronically” as provided for and in accordance with the CCRWC Bylaws.
